I get acces to email via safari. When I click on

I get acces to email via safari. When I click on on the favourites bar, the blue bar that slides from left ot right doesn't reach the end, so I can't get access to outlook. When I try to access email via outlook.login on the address bar, I get to microsoft personal email login, and then to a window inviting me to login. Bu then I get a blank screen. Can you help, please?

Hi there David and welcome

Can you in Safari go to Safari, Preferences, then Go to the Advanced section of Safari’s preferences

Click the Show Develop menu in menu bar option
Select Empty Caches from this menu

Then close and open Safari and tell me if outlook loads please.
