Hi,
I'm sorry about your printer issue. I'm glad to assist you today. Please try the following steps:

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Disconnect the USB printer cable from the computer for now.
  3. Click on the small Apple logo icon at the upper left corner of your Mac computer's screen, then click on System Preferences.
  4. Click on Printers & Scanners.
  5. There, click on your printer, then click on the - (minus) button at bottom left, and confirm Yes to delete it for now. Make sure there is not any printer showing there for now.
  6. Turn on the printer.
  7. Wait a few minutes. The printer should not be printing now.
  8. Re-connect the USB printer cable from printer to computer.
  9. Click on the + (plus) button at bottom left, and see if it detects your printer.
  10. If yes, click on your printer, then then click on Add.
  11. Then see if the issue is resolved now.

Please let me know if there is still issue. Please reply at the box below, then click on the Send button below. Thank you for your patience.
