having BIG PROBLEM WITH MY APPLE IPAD. Have had activation lock and today have had problem with TURNUNG OFF
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: I, myself have not turned off the device this must have turned off by my son, the previous owner
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: no, because I cannot get into SETTINGS
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no, but have a 'voice' only repeating ;'Turn off my device - but it won't

We need to reset your Password ***** your Apple ID Please do this

Open the web browser and go to
Click 'Reset your password'.
Enter your Apple ID and click Next.
Choose Email authentication or Answer Security Questions and click Next.
Click Reset Password ***** the email, or enter the security questions.
If that Fails then Please

Click Above and choose your location to Receive a phone Call
