Hello I am trying to rest my apps store its missing on the desk top
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: Apple, approximately 7 yrs old
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: Turning it off and trying an app
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Initially we could not restore apps as there was a privacy code for children and no one could remember, I hav e since put a code in and the privacy has been lifted, I am unable to use messenger as its old but will not let me upgrade as it says "go to app store

I have already sent another statement to say when I click on software update, it says immediately that's its up to date, this does not do anything towards restoring my apps store

Please check and update Date and Time

On your Mac: Open System Preferences, then choose Date & Time.
