For some reason my iPad air2 will not charge, the signal showing charging is on but the reading doers not increase, presently at 65% and steady, any ideas?
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPad?
Customer: 14.4
JA: How long has this been going on with your iPad? What have you tried so far?
Customer: 2 days, tried switching off and on and for using the iPad charge port and the keyboard charge port, no differeen
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nope only that the charge seems steady but not increasing

Can you please hold the power button on the device until you see a menu and choose power off.

Can you please hold the home and power buttons on the device until you see the apple logo then release.

Still unsure which button you mean, I’ve only gone buttons on the side and top

Do it this way instead please

  1. Press and hold either the volume up or volume down button and the top button until the power off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the top button until you see the Apple logo.
