Customer: where do I find that?

Customer: I DO NOT HAVE AV MAC!!!"!!"

Please follow the steps below and let me know what happens. Since error 54 is a permission error, you can fix it by changing the permissions of your iTunes folder or original files/folders.

  1. Click on the start menu, search and open This PC app.
  2. Open the "Music" folder
  3. Right-click "iTunes" folder > Properties > Uncheck "Read Only.
