I have a problem getting access to my iCloud pictures on my pc using a usb lead. I can access them through my iPad with no trouble. I have had an hour of messaging support but it hasn’t helped yet! I need to speak to someone and am prepared to come into the store so would need an appointment. How do I do either of those

Thanks I’m not sure what better support I got in resolving my personal issue I have to say using Zoho. Instead of Apple support. However I fo have access to the iCloud on my pc for which I’m grateful
Do I now delete the app? I won’t have to continue to pay a subscription?

You can delete the app if you do not wish to use it further
