You are correct that your overall has improved, so most likely the ldl is lower.
But your good cholesterol, the HDL as dropped a bit, which is not optimal
However, more aerobic exercise can improvem this.
Fish oil might help improve it.
Total should be below 6.2, unless you have risk factors, then 5.2.
Your HDL in fact is still good.....
So I would just look at the LDL which is missing, but it looks to me like you are OK.
