Hello and welcome to Just Answer.

1. Ingredients in lipstick or lipgloss, have you changed brands?

2. Ingredients in toothpaste specifically sodium laural sulfate or guaiazulene

3. Nickel allergy, paper clips

4. Irritation from excess citrus in the diet

5. Allergy to red dye or cinnamon flavor in mouthwash or toothpaste

6. Certain medications

7. Snoring at night that leads to dryness

8. Lupus or other connective tissue disease or medications that lead to photosensitivity.

Maybe one of these ideas will help. :)

This is a comprehensive list. The only other concern would be just chapped and dry lips I would consider trying Carmex if its available where you live.
