Thank you for the additional information.

There are several issues to consider in this situation.

There are many possible causes of headaches associated with difficulty concentration or other brain symptoms. The most common causes of headaches are the primary headache syndromes, such as muscle contraction headaches and migraine headaches, and it is more common for migraine headaches to be associated with neurologic symptoms. However, whenever there is a new onset of recurrent headaches, it is appropriate to consider secondary causes of headache

There are several medical conditions that should be considered as possible secondary causes of these symptoms, including vascular diseases, brain tumours, concussion and post-concussion syndromes, or overuse of substance that can promote rebound headaches, such as caffeine or opiates. There also can be such symptoms that are a manifestation of mental health problems, such as excessive stress/anxiety or depression. It is also possible that these symptoms could be related to alcohol or various recreational drugs.

It is good that you are not taking any medicines, as that would exclude the possibility that it could be occurring as a medicine side effect, either to prescription or recreational drugs. For example, these symptoms are frequently seen in persons using anabolic steroids to build muscle mass. It also can develop in a reaction to the recreational opiates or amphetamines.

Ultimately, it would require a proper evaluation to determine the exact cause. Until you can be seen, you can eliminate substances that can be contributing to the symptoms, such as caffeine. There are also some supplements that may be able to help, including butterbur, feverfew, valerian, passionflower, ginger, chamomile, and licorice.
