migraine; arthritis but not in lower back; no testsfor this.

Hip arthritis can send pain to this location

This is hip or spine as far as the source.

A pinched nerve is possible.

You are going to need an exam, muscle relaxants and prescription pain medicine most likely. Also an MRI of the lower spine and x ray of the hip.

I would suggest urgent care or the er now for the exam and meds..and a follow up with your doctor or an orthopedist.
