Welcome to and thank you for your question.
I am going to assist you with your question. First I need a little more information-

How long has this been going on for?
Are you suffering from any medical condition or on any medication ?
Have you undergone any medical investigations?
Do you suffer from severe emotional stress or anxiety issue?
Do you get cramps in legs at night?

Kind Regards,
Dr. Robert

Hi the spasms for around 2 months now,, no medical conditions - no other medical investigations other than blood tests and yea am suffering with anxiety.
Please don't tell me this is anxiety as the amount of spams I am having and the lightness in my hand can't be related to that surely.
I'm also experiences some sharpe 1 second pain to the finger tips on my right hand.

Dear Customer, Thanks for providing quick additional information.
I'm so sorry to hear of your discomfort.

I would like to say that there are few important possibilities which should be investigated. Possible reasons are-

-Hormonal imbalances,
-Low grade infections,
-Thyroid dysfunction,
-Neurological manifestations.

It could also be due to low iron or low thyroid levels. You could get a thyroid function test and hormone levels to rule out a adrenal dysfunction.
You should take fresh home made juices and take healthy diet rich in fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Also you can take Vitamin B complex supplements. Gentle stretching exercises should help too.
Practice yoga and meditation for relaxation, Deep breathing exercises will help you. One should avoid caffeine, alcohol. Take healthy and well balanced diet.

I would recommend that you visit your primary doctor for evaluation and get it managed.

Please let me know how I can be of further assistance.
My goal is to provide you with excellent service – if you feel you have gotten anything less, please reply back, I am happy to address follow-up questions.

Hello. I'm Dr. Phil, licensed and practicing internist. Excellent service is my goal.

This could conceivably be MS

This is a great thought on your part and needs to be investigated further

I recommend an MRI of the brain.

These could be neurological manifestations of MS.

That would be the next step.

Good call on your part on that one. :)

I hope this helps.

If you have more questions, just reply. :)
