bloating has to do with the hormone spikes and changes which occur right before ovulation.
these hormones are the signals from the brain's pituitary gland to the ovary to release the egg.
if your symptoms are bad, you can always see your doctor about them
you can go on a birth control pill schedule which might help level out your hormones better and help your symptoms.
but if your symptoms are tolerable, you don't have to do anything.
