i have a dry mouth always in the last week i dont make saliva, im a little dizzy, theres a grey coating on my tongue and teeth over night, i feel tired

it started a week ago almost when it wasnt so hot, i did go to the pool and swallow excessive amount more than usual

The lack of saliva and dizziness indicates severe dehydration and possibly even kidney failure

Your body needs fluid to produce saliva and if its low you simply stop making it

Also, the dizziness is a sign of fluid loss and possibly even an electrolyte imbalance.

Electrolytes are salts that keep out fluid in balance

I recommend you see a doctor today. The ER if necessary.

You need blood work to make sure you don't have dehydration or kidney issues

And you probably need IV fluids.

You will be okay though as long as you get seen soon
