Very possibly, but it is the overwhelming combination that is likely to be harmful

This is all in one supplement?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Yes all in one supplement to increase metabolism.

I would not touch it with a ten foot pole.
This combination is not even part of any traditional combination...someone has thrown this together without--not only without evidence in scientific study--trial and error or without any justification.

In addition there are a number of potentially toxic compounds if taken too much, juniper berry, hawthorne, caffeine, Kola nut, green tea extract, not to mention the dyes.

The effects of the combination are also unpredictable.

There is also no evidence that this would increase metabolism other than perhaps temporarily.

What is a good thing to take to increase metabolism and burn fat then?

Expert:  DrRussMD replied 4 years ago.
There is no proven substance that does that. Even prescription medications only account for 10% of the weight loss of people on a full weight loss program.
Is that what you are trying to do?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Yes I am trying to trim down body fat.

Expert:  DrRussMD replied 4 years ago.
Have you had thyroid studies
What is the TSH value
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

No I havent, my fat is all concnetrated in the stomach

Expert:  DrRussMD replied 4 years ago.
There is no supplement to take care of that.
TSH should be below 2.5. If above, you are unlikely to loss that fat.
Also diet is critical.

I can help you with this if you want to continue and rate positive when satisfied....let me know
