Customer Question

Hi. I am concerned having had my credit card maxxed out in a bar at the weekend in Poland that I cannot remember a thing about getting there, being there or going back to our rented house.

I want to get checked for drugs to see if my drinks were spiked but have no idea how I would prove i didn't take something myself.

If they find drugs in me will they arrest me if I cannot prove I didn't take them myself?

Hi--no, one is not arrested just for illicit drugs detected in the body. Unless this event occurred within the past week and you are tested now, it isn't likely that any drugs will come up on the drug screen. As for proving you didn't take them voluntarily, I'm afraid there is no way for you to prove that.
