Hi I'm 60 yrs old and I'm lately getting little weaknesses and different feeling to normal, this goes after a few minutes, I haven't high blood pressure, but there is a history of heart problems in my family

Do you have weakness in one side of body, If yes which one?
Do you have associated numbness in one side of body?
Do you have pain in left side of chest?
Breathing discomfort?

I suffer a bit from stress. Lately I've been having a little trouble from bowel, I take tablets for under active thioride

Dear James, Thanks for providing quick additional information.
I'm so sorry to hear of your discomfort.

There are few possible reasons for such weakness. It can occur with-
Anemia, Low metabolic rate, Diabetes, Thyroid hormone imbalance, Stress and anxiety.

In your case most likely cause, is Stress.
This can further affect bowel movements. To make bowel movements, normal- Take healthy and fresh fruits and vegetables.
You should take High-fiber foods like- beans, whole grains and bran cereals, fresh fruits, and vegetables such as asparagus, brussels sprouts, cabbage, and carrots.

You should reduce stress, Practice yoga and mediation to remain relax. Avoid alcohol, take adequate sleep of at least 8 hours.

Session from counselor will be beneficial for you. You should get engaged in aerobic exercise and stress-management techniques like deep breathing and yoga. Take healthy and well balanced diet.
Depression and stress issue can also lead to fatigue and loss of energy.
Stress, can make you feel like loss of energy.
You should try to keep your weight under control.

As your blood work is normal, so i would not panic, that you are at risk for developing any serious issue.
