Good evening
I did laparoscopy in July to find out why my tubes were blocked.
Since October I have been feeling my belly bloated and pain around the belly bottom , also very windy and I feel pain when I have sex. The pain is all around my belly as if it was around my ovaries or tubes, especially on the right side.
I did blood test, urine test and nothing has come up.
Could you please give me your advice?!
There are many possibilities here.
I think they were probably looking for endometriosis?

What were the findings.
What type of doctor.
What did they tell you?

All the exams I have done so far, like urine, blood tests.. Nothing was found.
Will have the scan done soon.
My gp told me that it might be IBS
IBS is possible.

Can you tell me what you eat
Meal to meal
Typical day?

I have Muslim with activia as breakfast
As lunch one banana or one Yakut
As dinner brown rice with carrots cooked and turkey
Drinking a lot of water and taking supplements such as digestion
I would go on a bowel stabilizing diet.
The diet, in order of preference in quantity, should look like this
leafy greens
green veggies
other veggies
whole fruit, beans and peas
Whole grains no yeasted breads, dry cereals or anything refined
Seeds and nuts, but cut out seeds if you have any diverticulosis.
A little tofu or tempeh daily
A little high quality soy or coconut milk yogurt

The soluble fiber in this strategy will stabilized colon function in about 6 to 8 weeks, then about 2 or three helpings of animal foods a week, preferably fish, can be added back.
See the book Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, for instructions on this type of diet.

The fiber variety in your current diet is completely lacking.

When you do this new diet, it should start with most all cooked food.

Then start adding more raw after a few weeks.

I will have done US Upper abdomen and US Pelvis
I don't understand much about this IBS and the only thing I know is since I have the laparoscopy done I have felt the same Simpsons after surgery ... It has been a nightmare to me and to my husband!
I also feel my bladder full and as I said doing wee all the time and not to much...
I have tried eating a lot of what you add but I hasn't worked..
Is there any cure? How long usually a woman can have this IBS ? Is there any clinical treatment? Can it be caused by gynecologist problems?
Yes you can use a medication such as bentyl which can treat symptoms.
There is no specific cure.

You need the scan to make sure that there is no ovary problem.

Use a product called colon care by TwinLab, which will help with the bowels.
