You seem very active.

The fact that you have not improved in 4 months with conservative therapy indicates you will likely need surgery for a full recovery

If you weren't active you might be able to get away without surgery but I think you need to see an orthopedic surgeon now and get this fixed with surgery

have seen surgeon already but he wants to try physio for a while longer,am i just wasting my time?
