I am Dr Ken and I will be helping you today.

Having weakness at one half of the face {feeling of it dropping} is likely due to facial palsy {facial nerve palsy}. Irritable bladder does not always indicate stroke.

Stroke occurs when part of your brain does not function optimally. This generally presents with weakness at one of the limbs or half of the body. This does not seem to be the case with you.

MRI Brain would help us though.
