Have had angina in the past No problems at moment

This is what's called a peripheral neuropathy or nerve inflammation and it can have several causes--diabetes, vitamin B12 deficiency, magnesium deficiency, liver or kidney disorders, and--unlikely in your case--autoimmune disorders like lupus. You need to see your doctor about this so he can evaluate it with blood work and nerve conduction studies and treat the cause appropriately
