It is impossible to definitely determine if someone is pregnant based solely on symptoms, but I can discuss the level of possibility if that would be helpful.
It will first be necessary to know more information:
When did your last menstrual period start?
How long did the period last?
Was this one episode of sex 4 days after the end of your period the only sexual encounter since your last period?
When was the pregnancy test done?

I had asked for some further information, but have not heard back, so will address what information is available.

At noted above, it is impossible to make a diagnosis of pregnancy based solely on symptoms. At best, having symptoms that are common in pregnancy, such as morning sickness, will only indicate that pregnancy is possible. If you had unprotected intercourse on a day around the day of ovulation, then the chances of pregnancy is present, but the chance of getting pregnant from a single encounter of intercourse is relatively low.

If you can provide the information requested above, I can provide more information, but with this level of information, the most that can be said is that it is possible that you are pregnant.
