Since yesterday evening in I have acute intercostal pain on right side of my back lower ribs, it's constant have no slept. Seen this morning by a nurse practitioner as no GP free, she said I could have pulled rib muscle, but it's very painful resting & feels radiating to my side. She prescribed me co-codamol 15/500. I cannot take any other analgesics, I have gastroparesis secondary to bradygastria+colonic dismotility+Gord. Thanks for your advice
I understand.
What is your question about this?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
Because it is the week end I would like a second opinion, a dr's opinion
This area is either a spine problem, a muscle problem, or a kidney problem.

If it were me, I would want a urinalysis to look at your kidneys and make sure there is no abnormality.
