The past 2 weeks I have felt incredibly lethargic, heavy muscles and no get up and go at all.
When I do actually do something I feel worn out very quickly.
I am very fit on the average week and usually only have a rest day on a saturday, I play active, high energy sports like football 3 times a week (270 mins) and badminton and hit the gym for a vigorous routine most days.
I had a Nuffield health check up in september 2013 and my results were perfect Bmi, bodyfat, very low cholesterol and above average lung capacity.
So I know it's nothing serious, could it be something I've eaten? I get constipation very regularly, but I've checked my hydration levels and they seem normal.
Any suggestions?
Have you had any recent labs?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
No not as yet
Routine labs...this will rule out anemia, for example.
Thyroid studies, hypothyrodism can do this.

This is very important as both conditions are underdiagnosed.
Iron deficiency, other anemias, but particularly hypothyrodism is under diagnosed.

A CPK would help rule out any muscle disease.
