This is Dr. David
I am sorry you have been having these symptoms.
I am glad the testicular pain is better.
you most likely had a temporary course of inflammation of the epididymis.
you could be having dry skin of your back.
you might need to use a moisturizer on your back after you shower to decrease dry skin.
stomach ulcer is often caused by your diet and what you eat and drink which can worsen excessive stomach acid production.
you need to change your diet and avoid sodas, alcohol, spicy foods, fried foods, tomato sauces
all of these can cause worse stomach acid production.
no dry skin, everything seems normal, just aches and pains that move around for over 3 months, and leg shakes, my diet has drastically change to more of a healthy diet
all my tests come back fine but i feel terrible all the time not in health just pain
I see.
it can take some time for your health and pains to improve if you had a bad diet before.
you can't change your health over night just by changing your diet.
you have to eat health and also exercise.
do you smoke?
you have to stop smoking if you smoke.
do you drink alcohol, that can cause aches and pains in your body as well and can cause your stomach ulcer.
and if your anxiety is bad, you might need treatment for excessive anxiety.
there are medication treatments to help decrease anxiety
I have stopped smoking two months ago and only drink about 3 to 4 times a year, for my anxiety i am waiting for a appointment to see a councilor and have been taking Diazepam
that is good.
diazepam is a long acting benzo which can help decrease anxiety
exercise therapy can also help decrease anxiety as well.
I have read about something called fibromagia (spelling) is this possible?
reading more on the web will only worsen your health anxiety
and make you more worried.
fibromyalgia is a muscle and joint pain disorder which has specific trigger points which worsen pain.
it is not a common diagnosis and the diagnosis needs to be made by a neurologist or a rheumatologist.
your random pains could get better just like your scrotal pain got better.
you have only recently stopped smoking.
are you overweight?
being overweight can put more pressure on your back and cause pain of your back.
loosing weight and exercising can help your pain and if it does help, then it is not fibromyalgia.
yeah I understand that and I know I shouldn't look online, slightly but been loosing weight which i think is down to stress
well, I hope you continue to loose weight and start to exercise.
I'm glad you quit smoking.
it's been hard but my health is more important
I understand
nothing in life is easy.
and good health is not easy.
keep up the good work
and eating healthy.
good luck to you with the counseling.
I hope that helps
