Ask a Doctor and Get an Answer to Your Medical Question ASAP
Hi there. Thank you for your question. I will be helping you out with your queries
Since how long are you having this fatigue or tired feeling?
How are your periods?
When did you have your last pap smear?
Please let me know.
Been feeling tired like this for about 3 weeks, my periods are very regular, my last smear was 6 months ago
Since how long are you having this bleeding when having sex?
Are you monogamous? (one sexual partner)
My husband and I are trying for a baby and over the past 2 months every time we have sex I bleed 2 days later. Its not a lot and lasts for about a day
Where exactly do you have pain the chest?
Do you have any other symptoms like cough or fever?
The pain in my chest is centre/ behind left boob. No cough, no fever
Does it hurt more when you breathe deeply or cough or when you press on the painful area?
Breathe deeply/ cough yes. Touch it no
The symptoms of chest pain is not something that I would worry about too much because this pain seems most likely to be a muscular pain.
Or inflammation of the covering of the lungs called as pleuritis.
In either case its not something to worry about.
OK thank you. What about the rest of me?
Where exactly do you have pain in the stomach?
Which part of the stomach?
Feels like my gut
Upper part of abdomen or lower or right or left etc?
Tell me the location if you can.
In the centre, just above my pelvic bone,
Is that pain present when you go to the loo only or is constant?
Definitely there when I go to the loo and occasionally I get a sharp pain other times too
When you press there, is it tender to touch? I mean deep tenderness?
I think that the bleeding that you are having, with the pain in the lower abdomen like you mention may indicate that you have an infection down there.
I would certainly like to have you examined to have a look inside and to take a sample or a high vaginal swab for a possible infection.
You may require an antibiotic course if that is proven.
So you do need an examination for this.
Infection is something that may be causing you to feel tired as well.
Are you following me?
