you should floss. this will improve your gum health.
and you should get more of a balanced diet
the foods you are asking about are not only not good for your gums, but are not good for your overall body and heart and weight.
black current and orange juice is ok to have once or twice a day.
i do eat fruit and veg and other foods you are supposed to have in a balance diet
fizzy drinks are just sugar and are no good for you at all.
yes, you are suppose to get fruits and vegetables in a balanced diet.
cooked vegetables in garlic and olive oil or roasted vegetables with garlic in olive oil are delicious and so much better for you.
cake and ice cream are ok for an occational treat, like after a meal, but you can't fill your diet full of them.

yes, those are spicy foods.

but as you get older, you might realize that spicy foods worsen acid reflux from your stomach.
this is ok if you are not overweight.
and if you have strong stomach muscles
and are able to keep your stomach acid down in your stomach
i'm trying to lose weight now
so if you like spicy foods, then you have to be careful with them and exercise and loose weight and strengthen your core muscles.
so the acid reflux does not become a problem later on.
that is good you are trying to loose weight.
make sure you try to exercise a few times a week.
and watch what you eat.
and try to count calories or keep a food log of what you eat per day.
and try new oven roasted vegetables with garlic and olive oil, you might find that these are very tasty and very good for you as well and very filling.
and this will help you loose weight.

skim milk is better than full fat milk.
milk has protein and lots of good calcium and vitamin D for you.
i drink water every day
that is very good.
try to limit your fizzy drinks
those are just empty calories and add on to your weight.
how long will it take for high cholesterol to be where it should be so you dont get thing like heart diease
it can take 6-12 months or so
the same amount of time for you to loose weight and increase muscle and improve your diet.
this is not a over night change.
it can take a long time
but your health is worth it
you only have one body in life.
so you want to eat health and live healthy for yourself and your body.
