My was removed due to a cancerous tumour was found there

My rectum was removed due to a cancerous tumour was found there , I now have a Stoma . Can the rectum be replaced so I can return to normal ?
No the rectum can not be replaced.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
He has told me it will be a permanent Stoma I was just hoping there might be another solution
No such think yest as a rectum transplant or artificial rectum.
