5 months ago pains in chest and sides just under the ribs. I have had ct scan both endoscopies and cystoscopy. Ultra sound on liver. I was diagnosed with moderate erythematous exudatous gastritis with h. pylori. I have had eradication therapy and six weeks of omeprazole. The pains are still there. I have a cough and burns in my chest. Pains made worse by long walk[5miles] or bending forward. Please advise on causes .

Alan--nothing more than an ECG? Any back pain?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Only ecg, not at the moment for back pain, but do suffer from back pain with arthritis.

OK--Have you had an MRI of the spine?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

OK Alan. I would get an MRI of your thoracic and lumbar spines because this sounds like a disk problem--either in the thoracic or upper lumbar spine. Nerve root compression can radiate around to the chest and upper abdomen. This doesn't sound cardiac or intestinally related
