Customer Question

My wife has just been prescribed mirtazapine 30mg for a major bout of depression\anxiety.
The doctor advised that it may take two weeks before she notices any improvement in her mood etc.

She has taken tablets for 10 days with no major improvement, my main concern is that she
is waking up in the middle of the night with rapid heart rate.

Should she keep taking the tablets?
