You need a prescription from your doctor.
This is a question and answer forum
What is your question?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

What have I just paid 26 for? The consultation?

We answer medical questions
Only a doctor that has examined you can give you pain meds
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I am very disappointed that £54 has been take from my account with no answers or help. I feel this is fraudulent for such an unhelpful response. ESP as I was originally told £26. I will be contacting my bank in the morning.
I feel completely conned.

The site does not tell you we can do prescriptions, in fact we say we do not.

Experts have nothing to do with you signing up to get questions answered.

In fact, getting pain meds without seeing a doctor would be a fairly serious crime.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Would you like me to send this over to customer service?

They can certainly help you with this?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes I would. That should have been answered with my original question asking for pain relief before his MRI scan. Yet the money was still taken.
That to me is dishonest.
Expert:  DrRussMD replied 3 years ago.
Actually, I have offered twice now to answer any question you have, but you have not asked a question.
You seem to be after pain meds, which is not here, we are not a pharmacy, and we are not a doctors practice.
I see nothing dishonest, as we state this up front. We answer medical questions only.

No problem though, I will get this over to customer service, as this is their venue, not the experts who are here to help you with medical information.

Good luck.

Hang on a few minutes, if you do not hear from, feel free to contact them.
