Customer Question

I noticed a small pea sized lump in my right armpit about a week ago when I was shaving, I felt it because it hurt. It is a little red, but other than that it is not noticeable/visible at all. The lump does not stick out. But when I feel it, or push it I can feel it. It does not hurt continuously, but when I touch it it does hurt. Do you have any idea what this could be? I am a 31yr old female, my period started yesterday.

It can be from anything, even a scrape.
Pea size lumps are not usually concerning.

However, you do need an exam from your doctor, breast exam, etc.

Any new finding should be examined as a matter of course.
