Customer Question

I have an 11 yr old grandaughter who is having numerous vacant episodes an EEG has ruled out epilepsy she is awaiting an MRI under a general anesetic as she was scared at the first try . She has had several of these episodes over the weekend the current one is still happening now it started yesterday at 1-30 pm the symptoms are constant headaches, unsteady on feet ,vacant expression, wide eyed , slurred speech which is very slow. Her ability to complete tasks as per school work during these is poor. She acts like a 5 yr old needing constant attention like hugs kisses holding hands. She is aware of what's going on and feels unwell. Our local hospital says just wait for the MRI. But I am worried these could lead to something permanent . I have nursed my father thro several TIA episodes and I am worried that these seem very similar . When these episodes pass she is a normal 11 yr old who is very athletic and an A class student Help please Tell me what can I do .
