For years I have suffered from fatigue/joint pain/aching/stiffness, migraine, bladder problems, IBS, ulcers on my vagina and chronic migraines.
In the past six months I have developed new symptoms of:
Shooting pains on soles of feet.
Dead/floppy/hard to move arms with shooting pains.
A lump in my throat/difficulty swallowing.
Eye pain, feel like the room is spinning, eyes hurt when I move them side to side.
Tender areas on scalp
Waking up with an arched back in bed, acute lower back strain. Sore left foot and ankle.
Back of head/top of spine/top of head a sensation of heat and burning.
Area around bottom and vagina numb and painful, can't tell I need the toilet until I am desperate.

I would like to know what is wrong with me.

I take Propranonlol 160mg a day for chronic migraine. I recently went to a Physiotherapist and she thinks I have arthritis of the spine. I see an Immunologist who is monitoring my symptoms. I see a Neurologist for my migraines.

of course we do not diagnose on the site.
It appears you already have diagnoses for your problems....
Or is there a specific symptom you feel your doctors have not explained?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I don't have a diagnoses except for the migraines. I want to know what condition I have that causes all of these problems.

There is no single medical condition that causes all of these.
First, what have your doctors told you about these symptoms?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I have chronic migraines and I know that causes problems. I am IGA Deficient. As for all of the other issues I treat them as and when they happen. I haven't been told anything really?!

So a lot of the pain problems, can be from disc problems in the spine.
Have you had an MRI?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

No I haven't. I paid to see the Physiotherapist myself. I am worried I might have MS.

It does not sound like MS
I thought you had a neurologist?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

He is a specialist migraine neurologist so we only discuss migraines.

I want my question answered please.
Why do you think this is MS
Any neurologist would rule this out.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I don't know it's just a fear. So do you think I should ask to see a general neurologist and ask for an MRI?

I think you need a proper work up.
MRI of the spine.
MRI of the brain if indicated by exam.
B12 levels.
Magnesium levels.

I would actually start with a physical medicine and rehabilitation MD, as they will look at structure first, which can be contributing to all of your symptoms, from disc problems to fibromyalgia.
