Hi Jenny. Why exactly does your heart need a rest? Can you tell me exactly what your doctor said about this?

thankyou for your answer this is how i feel coz i do not have palpitationssor dizziness

OK--I understand now Jenny. The alternatives to the medications would be to avoid any caffeine or alcohol and to take Omega 3 fatty acids, CoQ 10, and magnesium supplements. That said, if you decide to take those supplements instead of the medications you should first let your doctor know about your decision
