but first i would like to know,
thats the reason
although sleep talking is a common problem,
it can increase when a person is not getting sound enough sleep
it is increased during periods of disturbed sleep
emotional stress, etc can cause this
i would suggest, see your doctor for this
a sleep aid can help you
nitrazepam is a good sleep medicine which will give you sound sleep
sound sleep will decrease your sleep talking
no parkinsons should not be related
it is not known to be related
mental health problems can be related to this
no this is a prescription
meanwhile you can try some steps which wll give you better sleep

i mean that, other than mental health problems, no other diseases are known to be connected to sleep talking
some steps that you should take for sound sleep are:
avoid coffee, tea or colas 1 hour before sleep as they can disturb sleep
have a glass of milk half hour before sleep
go to sleep at the same time every night
sleep in a dark room, preferably without any lights
avoid alcohol or beer 1 hour before sleep
these steps will help give you a refreshed sleep
chamomille tea is also very useful for good sleep
have a cup half hour before bed time, you can get it at a pharmacist or natural helath store
these steps will help give good sleep to you
