hello my husband had pancrititis 1995 due to gall stones which they removed but he has since has suffered from terrible sweating that this last couple of years is really bad would this be related to his pacreas
Hi--does he have any other medical conditions and has his doctor checked for causes for the sweating?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

no he has not been to see his doctor about this

OK Irene. Yes, this could be related to his pancreas in the sense that he may have diabetes or suffer from hypoglycemia, but it could also be an overactive thyroid, or even a cardiac problem so he needs to let his doctor know and get both blood work and a cardiac evaluation
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

he recently had fasting bloods done at the well man clinic at his doctors nothing has been said about a problem if I can perhaps explain the sweats are really bad and now have to sometimes change his sheets

He needs a glucose tolerance test then to look for hypoglycemia but again he needs to have this thyroid function checked as well as his heart
