I have a 14 month baby boy who won't crawl or attempt to walk. This doesn't bother me too much as his father never walked till 21 months. I'm more concerned that he won't interact with other baby's and screams if they get close. He also grabs his wrist all the time. Do you think I should be concerned?
While not walking might be normal, not crawling is not.

Has he seen any doctor?

Yes we saw a doctor today who said I should wait a few months before I worry
By 6 or 7 months a baby should sit up OK
After that crawling should start.
By 14 months crawling should have been advanced, with pulling himself up and scooting around objects with the help of his hands, at minimum.

So, for what ever reason this is delayed.

I would not let it go more than a month or two without getting a specialist assessment, starting with pediatric neurology.
