I had left 6 molar removed a week a go, it is still very soar

Customer Question

I had left 6 molar removed a week a go, it is still very soar to touch and my wisdom tooth is pushing through I also am missing left 7 molar. Although the seems to be a lot of pain, I can't tell whether there is infection there, worried about dry socket or something worse, would you advise I let it be and allow the wisdom tooth to move in it place, if it would ever do that? Thank you
