yes that is the level they suggest is healthy
then you are definitely above
and you should probably take a lowering agent
in addition to changing your diet and exercise
there is also some cholesterol lowering butter spread you can buy too
and oatmeal has been proven to help

I have been eating oatmeal and have soya milk and yogurt and some nuts all things I have read that are recommended to eat to help reduce cholesterol but it is quite a lot of stuff more than id regularly eat.

I do quite a lot of exercise and am not overweight im thinking I probably should take them but wasn't sure if it was the best thing
