So you are telling me there is no medication to help beat my cravings?
How much do you smoke?
A low dose of many.antidepressants can be helpful
These include. Bupropion and fluoxetine are two.
Many Drs will also approve a low dose nicotine patch or gum which are both available without a prescription.

i smoke on average 15 a day.
Why would i need anti depressants? Im not depressed...
I have already been advised not to use nicotine replacement therapy hence why im asking if there is any other way such as homeopathic or herbal that i would be allowed to use being pregnant.
Antidepressants are safe during pregnancy. They help to cut down on your cravings. They can be a safe and effective way to help you quit. Nicotine gum is quite safe during pregnancy. Many herbals are very unsafe in pregnancy as they can cause contractions. Hope this helps

What about homeopathic such as guna addict 1 and 2? Or any others. I dont want to take anti depressants as they have bad side affects such as suicidal thoughts.

What about homeopathic nedication such as guna addict? I dont want to take anti depressants due to side effects such as suicidal thoughts and depressuon.
Those supplements are not safe while pregnant. Most herbals are widely unstudied and are therefore not safe. St Johns wort is the safest as is green tea. Both may help cut down cravings.
