I am sorry you have bad osteoarthritis in the hand.
there are NSAID medications like ibuprofen (Advil) or naproxen sodium (Aleve) which can help decrease inflammation and pain in the hands.
also there are prescription Celebrex cox-2 inhititors which can cause less upset stomach and help with arthritis pain.
also glucosamine can help
physical therapy or occupational therapy can help.
