This answer was rated:

Sudden double vision August 2012, didn't see doc till February 2013 as it become very frequent along with weakness left side, fatigue, dizzy spells , uti, no control at times of bladder, really sore muscles had mri around July 2013. Told small lesion frontal lobe, but nothing too worth about also complicated migraine??it feels like my arms and legs are too heavy for my body ? Put on lyrica pregabalin but doc changed them too citalopram last week, even tho I have never suffered from any form of depression, the lyrica wasn't helping.
I am not getting any better if not in fact worse,
I have just turned 60, I have a great life and I beg too be fit again. 2 years is ridiculous with out having a def diagnosis. Thankyou so much
Hi--are these constant symptoms or do they come and go?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Hi doctor chip
My symtoms do come and go, but unfortunately I have them now more and more often. By about 430 to 5 pm every day now I am exhausted, I don't want to be like this.
OK--can you tell me besides the MRI what other tests you've had?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
I haven't had any other tests apart from being taken into hospital with a bad uti about 12 weeks ago.
Just to check here--no blood work at all?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Sorry doctor chip.
Yes I had bloods taken to check if I had arthritis but they come back clear.
The other thing they found was I had an under active thyroid.
So is that thyroid problem being treated and, if so, do you know what your TSH level is? How about cortisol levels, vitamin B12 and D levels, magnesium levels?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
I am on levothyroxine , I just know I was only just on the level of having to take med. sorryt that's all I know. As for the other things you asked. I honestly don't have a clue
OK And we can continue after this if you'd like. Unless your TSH is 2.0 or below I'd still consider you hypothyroid despite the levothyroixine and I'd increase your dose. But the other areas I mentioned need checking since a deficiency in one or more of them could also explain your symptoms. I would also get an EBV viral titer to check for chronic fatigue syndrome.
