I have what looks like a double jaw, came to light overnight, soft no lumps and no fluid
I am Dr Ken and I will be helping you today.
May I know your age?
Are there associated symptoms like fever/ cough/ tooth ache or swelling over face? Do you have any diagnosed medical condition?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Hi Dr Ken

My age is 73. Slight face swelling, skin warm and red, None of the other symptoms you mention. Blood pressure tablets and aspirin only.

Thanks for your help. Keith

Double jaw or fullness in below jaw region indicates fluid accumulation in extravascular space. The case can be varied - anemia/ vitamin deficiency/ renal or hepatic abnormality/ reduced cardiac output/ thyroid abnormality.
I am worried for its sudden occurance.
Next step - A physical evaluation along with few blood tests would give us more answers.
Till than - Limit salt intake/ have balanced diet and adequate fluid.
Wish you well.
