I am feeling pain in the shoulders and back. There is also a slight feeling on both sides of the neck not sure if it is a vain. Recently more pain developed. On the bottom of my foot just behind the toes, there is also a slight but uncomfortable pain. Any advise?

Sorry for the delay. I did my MRI about 6 months ago. As for the Headache and fever, these are normal.

OK I think this may be one of two possible problems. One would be your gall bladder and the other would be a peptic ulcer. Either could cause your symptoms without giving you much in the way of abdominal pain. I suggest you get a ct scan of the abdomen and upper endoscopy to check for both of those.
