were normal before was clear of anemice only been last few months in in so much pain and bladder infections are torture im scared of it being fibrio if that's what its called

No, I think you have endometriosis
this is where uterine tissue grows in other areas in the pelvis
I think you need to see an OB/GYN and have a pelvic ultrasound done
I would also get your thyroid checked if it hasn't been.
This can commonly cause irregular periods

my doctors never test for anything even if in in agony ect

You have to be persistent and educated.
recommend the proper possible diagnosis and ask for the testing. They have no choice but to listen to you if you know what you are talking about
