I am 56 yrs of age. I have had childhood eczema which turned into asthma. I am also overweight due to over use/reliant on steroids. I am currently using seretide inhaler 250 but it seems to ineffective at times. I lack of energy, confidence and libido. My concern is the asthma. IT seems to worse during change of season. At present it seems to be worse due to symptoms of cold/annual rhinitisis. I have taken staph LM1. TUB LM1, Arsnic 200c.
Felt better after taking TUB for 5days. but I was told not exceed this so I stopped. Staph LM1 was taken in June. It really benefited me but somehow I went back to square one once the season changed. Can u help?

Hi Sunil.
I think you need to add another med to this picture. A non steroid that will help with your asthma
An oral pill like singulair works well.
Very few side effects and will help control asthma.
I highly recommend it

Is singulair a medicine that u are reccomendeing

yes, it is Sunil
that is the medicine I recommend for you
it will help control the asthma with seretide
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

What potency and frequency and how long should I take this for ?

10 mg daily for as long as you need it
It seems that you might only need it for a few weeks while the seasons change
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

where can I get this from. You have suggested 10mg so how times a day should I Take this. Can U recommend a brand name

Singulair is the brand name
Most likely the doctor that gives you your other meds will give it to you
once daily
