I think i have balanitis i can say this from looking at pictures from the net i had this for 8 months now but i dont think its fungal i think its bacterial because i was unhygienic then i have used creams like miconazole that brings the inflamation down but doesnt clear the symptom i guess what can use or take to get rid of this symptom
Hi Can you post a photo on this page?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
How can i do that doesnt give me a option to upload picture?
OK. You can post it at Photobucket, Snapfish, or Imageshack and give me the link

Sorry for the delay. The photo's coloring makes it a little difficult but it looks like a smooth, flat redness to the head?
Customer: replied 3 years ago. Another clear view
Sorry but there's an orange hue to the whole photo but at least I don't see any flaking of the skin. So is this just a patch of redness?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Yes the penis head is cracked inflamed (red)
OK Rees. Besides the clortrimazole what else have you tried?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Daktacort which contains miconazale and hydrocortisone
OK. I don't think this is fungal balanitis then. Most likely its a type of eczematous dermatitis and you need to try a straight cortisone cream instead of the Daktacort. It may be that the micronazole is actually irritating things here. That said, if you haven't had a doctor look at this, you should

What cream only contains cortisone and how long will it take to get rid of this symptom
There are a lot of over the counter cortisone creams that you can get at any drug store--just ask the pharmacist. I'd suggest applying it three times a day and it should clear this up in about two weeks

Any oral tablets to take?
No, that kind of cortisone requires a prescription. Let me know how it goes and please remember to rate my service to you
Customer: replied 3 years ago. Is this a good cream to clear the symptoms
That's a gopd moisturizer but it doesn't have hydrocortisone in it. Here's a link for you
Now please remember to rate my service to you Rees
