My daughter had a pyschotic attack in October 2005 since then she was on olanzapine for many years in March 2014 the psychiatrist discharged her stopping the olanzapine since then she has been in and out of the general hospital she seen a neurologist about migraines she received a letter following her visit which says she has been diagnosed paranoid schizophrenia no one has ever told her this we requested her medical records where there was many inaccuracies how do we sort this out

She has been on all sorts for different problems in and out if local hospital for ? Adrenal deficiency ?addisons crisi but never really been given a proper diagnosis lates thing is she developed a painful leg before Xmas is on the mend a little bit she takes diazapn before the attack she had bee using cannabis fir migraine attacks I had no idea as I have Been General nurse for many year s she went to Egypt. Where the attack happened when she got back to the U.K. she was then to a hospital then transferred to out local mental health unit where she has believed all these years I had her sectioned we only learned thus when we requested her medical records her family go or any other hospital have never mentioned the PS to her
