Have a white/green coating on tongue and bad breath with it. Brush teeth, tongue and scrape 3-4 times a day floss each time. Gaggle with hydrogen peroxide 50/50 with water.

Go have the tongue film swabbed and tested by your doctor.
This could be yeast. If not yeast it is not likely a concern.
Stop putting chemicals in your mouth, this can make it worse.
If yeast, nystatin swish and swallow is needed.
